Hu Ge’s Favorite Wuxia Character

I’ve wanted Hu Ge to portray Linghu Chong in Swordsman 2012, which was instead portrayed by Wallace Huo. When looking for pictures of Hu Ge, I came upon a blog that has info that Hu Ge likes Linghu Chong. Here’s the interview that I’ve came upon ages ago, but didn’t seem to notice.

Zhao Ning: I want to ask Hu Ge; when you were young, which wuxia hero did you want to be the most?

Hu Ge: Ling Hu Chong. I didn’t say I must portray him, just simply of the characters within the wuxia novels, I like Ling Hu Chong the most.

Hopefully, the next Swordsman remake will be portrayed by Hu Ge.
